We at Bladetronics are committed to repairing your product if it has a manufacturing defect. This applies to products purchased from the Bladetronics website or other platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc. The repair is covered by us as long as the defect occurs either at the time of arrival or during the warranty period stated in our warranty guidelines, starting from the date of purchase.
If you bought a Bladetronics product from an e-commerce platform, it’s best to contact that platform first. If you’re not satisfied with their response, you can reach out to us directly. We provide repair or replacement service for products under warranty. You will need to send the product to us, and you’ll be responsible for one-way shipping. We will cover the return shipping after we repair or replace the product.
Please note that we can only repair or replace a product once. This applies to products bought from our website or any other platform.
For products marked with “24 hours Replacement,” you can request a repair within 48-72 hours of delivery if the product is damaged. Once we receive the product and verify it is complete with all its original accessories, we will repair it or issue store credit so you can exchange it for another product on our website.
Accessories are not covered under warranty. If you report a damaged or defective accessory within 24 hours of delivery, we will replace it. Otherwise, we are not responsible.
Products Not Eligible for Repair/Post-Sale Service:
- Products reported as damaged more than 24 hours after delivery.
- Products damaged due to mishandling or improper use.
Post-Sale Service Process
We aim to resolve post-sale service requests in 10-12 days. Here’s the breakdown:
- Raising the Request: After you submit a request, we will respond by the next business day. We may need additional information before approving your repair/replacement.
- Inspection: Once we receive the product, it takes 2-3 working days for inspection. We will update you with the results after the inspection.
Refund & Replacement Policy
We do not provide refunds in the following cases:
- Delays due to natural disasters, logistics issues, or customer unavailability.
- If damage is reported more than 24 hours after receiving the product.
- If the product is damaged due to mishandling or misuse.
Refunds may be issued after deducting bank and shipping charges, depending on the situation.
We Do Not Provide Refund/Return in Cases Like:
- Customer dissatisfaction with the appearance or quality of the product, unless it is damaged or defective.
- Physical damage not reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Damage caused by electrical surges or customer mishandling.
